This session will share how one New York district is connecting its Portrait of a Graduate, the NYS Computer Science and Digital Fluency Standards, and AI literacy into a practical implementation framework that supports both educators and students. Participants will see how district leaders can move beyond tool adoption by focusing on intentional leadership, workflow integration, ethical use, clear communication, and real classroom application. Through examples using tools such as Brisk, Gemini, and NotebookLM, this session will highlight how AI can support differentiation, feedback, communication, and student readiness while keeping human judgment and responsible use at the center. The session will leave administrators and instructional leaders with a clear framework they can adapt in their own schools.
